Refer to the Scenario for and Overview of Assignments 1-6.
Write a complete project paper in which you provide the following:
Part I: Executive Summary
  1. Develop a one to two (1-2) page executive summary in which you describe the project’s key elements and findings. (Assume this will be read by one or more decision makers who have responsibility for the program.)
Part II: Revised Assignments
  1. Provide the final version of Assignment 1: Project Description.
  2. Provide the final version of Assignment 2: Confirmative Evaluation Preplan.
  3. Provide the final version of Assignment 4: Assessment Tool.
  4. Provide the final version of Assignment 5: Matrix to Focus and Plan Data Collection.
Part III: Conclusion and Lessons Learned
  1. Write a one to two (1-2) page conclusion that provides your observations about the project, the challenges, and lessons learned.
7.     Provide at least six (6) relevant, peer-reviewed references published in the last five (5) years.
Part IV: PowerPoint Summary
Develop an eight to ten (8-10) slide presentation in which you:
  1. Provide a preview slide with the thesis statement and overview, following the title slide.
  2. Summarize at least three (3) key points of Assignment 1.
  3. Summarize at least three (3) key points of Assignment 2.
  4. Summarize at least three (3) key points of Assignment 4.
  5. Summarize at least three (3) key points of Assignment 5.
  6. Provide a summary slide with four (4) key topic areas addressed.
  7. Provide sufficient notes for each slide in the notes section of the PowerPoint presentation.
  8. Provide a slide with a list of references cited in APA format.

Your report assignment must follow these formatting requirements:
  • Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA. The matrices, survey, and questionnaire may be single spaced. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
  • Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length.

Your PowerPoint portion of the assignment must follow these formatting requirements:
  • Format the PowerPoint presentation with headings on each slide, ensuring that the presentation is visually appealing and readable from 18 feet away. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
  • Provide notes for narration for each slide in the notes section.
  • Include a title slide containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The title slide is not included in the required slide length.
  • Follow these directions for submitting the PowerPoint:
    • Submit your PowerPoint Summary in the area designated by your professor (generally in a discussion thread.)
    • Post your PowerPoint to the PowerPoint Activity Assignment link and provide a short introduction.
    • Review at least two (2) other classmates’ PowerPoint Presentation and post a response indicating what you learned by identifying two (2) specific points that were made in the presentation.
