EDU 529 Assignment 2: Confirmative Evaluation Preplan

Refer to the Scenario for Assignments 1-6.

Write a three to four (3-4) page paper in which you:
  1. Revise Assignment 1 as needed based on feedback provided by your professor. (Revision section is not included in the page count.)
  2. Create a matrix like the one displayed in PST 3.5 (located in Chapter 3 of the Dessinger & Moseley textbook) with appropriate headings: (1) Stakeholder Information Needed; (2) Evaluation Outcome; and (3) Confirmative Evaluation Question. 
3.     List under Heading 1 (Stakeholder Information Needed) at least four stakeholders’ titles or positions that you believe should be involved in your evaluation project, stating the needs of each stakeholder.
4.     State and classify each need under Heading 2 (Evaluation Outcome) by noting if the outcome should be evaluated based on effectiveness, efficiency, impact, or value.
5.     Develop an appropriate confirmative evaluation question under Heading 3 (Confirmative Evaluation Question) for the evaluation outcome.
  1. Propose at least four (4) key resources (e.g., staff, tools, managerial support, time, and budget) needed for the evaluation, providing a description and rationale for each.   

Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:
  • Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
  • Include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The cover page, revision of the previous assignment, and the reference page are not included in the required assignment page length.
